Parmesan Onion Butter..
Sound delish? Who doesn’t love butter and Parmesan cheese? Try Parmesan Onion Butter on toasted french baguette. I call this heaven in a spread. Parmesan Onion Butter is ridiculously good and addicting. You won’t be able to stop eating, I promise you.
My sister found this recipe years ago for a cookout entertaining friends. All her friends couldn’t stop talking about this compound butter. The butter has a creamy, oniony, cheesy texture and taste. Last year my best friend and I cooked together during a weekend visit to Ohio. Cooking together was something we did quite a bit before moving to Chicago. My sister, my best friend’s husband and mine joined the fun in her kitchen, reaping the benefits. I changed the type of mayonnaise I used to Hellman’s Olive Oil blend. Forgot to buy Mayo at the store so I used what was in her refrigerator. Did not think this recipe could get any better. Oh my goodness gracious! Try Parmesan Onion Butter with grilled meats, salads, and soups. Make sure you make extra or you’ll find yourself making more while everyone else is eating. You may even find yourself making it as a snack. Go ahead, be my guest. Thanks Sis for an awesome recipe.
